Temporary Skill Shortage Visa – Subclass 482

The Temporary Skill Shortage Visa (Subclass 482) is a work permit that allows employers to fill labor shortages by hiring skilled workers when local talent isn’t available. Visa holders can work in Australia for up to four years under three streams: Short-Term, Medium & Long-Term, or Labour Agreement.

This work permit helps skilled professionals gain experience and advance their careers while supporting Australia’s workforce. IMS Migration is our own Maara agent in Australia, offering expert support throughout the visa process.
